 Well don't tell my other babies but this is the ONE! Sometimes I can't even believe this earring came from my own brain and fingers. I feel like it completely defies categorisation. I mean, does it look good with a business suit? Yes! Does it look good with a tracksuit? Yes! And everything in between and far beyond? Yes! Because somehow it's giving chandelier but also warrior queen and 'this is what we'll wear on Mars'.

And I did a thing here. Before I made these earrings, I took all my biggest costume jewellery earrings and I worked out how long I could wear them for (usually about an evening or so) and checked how much they weighed. Then I made a vow, right there and then, that all the statement earrings I made would come in significantly under that weight. So here's a shoulder duster that will work from dawn to, well, dawn frankly.

We hand make our pieces in 100% recycled silver so that we aren't extracting new silver from earth, so that the earrings are strong and substantial, and so that if and when the time comes for a spruce up, they can be re-polished and re-plated like new. 

I love this as a single statement, but do it just as often in a pair, and don't even get me started about how much I love it with one of the shorter earrings. In fact one of my favourite things to do for a trip is gather up two shorter earrings and one longer one knowing that when the sun goes down I'm going to switch one earring up for all kinds of asymmetric amazingness!
