In the first iteration of this design, both parts of the earring were fused together in one piece, but the more I looked at it the more I wanted movement. This is how the double jump ring ring connector was born and used throughout the rest of the collection. Now I had swing and pivot and added detail.And something that just looked, for all its simplicity, like a solid statement earring for any time traveller - because tell me you couldn't show up in Roman times in this and then hop over to 3020 for a party?
Just one of these punctuates a look like nothing else, but double them up or switch one out for another earring and you've got endless grammatical devices for your outfit. I mean, I don't mind saying that this is part of my sleekerisation method, where I let go of the chains so I can let these clean lines own the show.
